day 5

fitness:day five of workout  only did it once since the last time i worked was 3 days a go, and i was a lil out shape to work those areas alot. i was able to go on my circuit walk it contisted of knee highs, strides, butt kicks,walk, run and it was fun

take josh bowling by the end of next week
he loves bowling and any thing with a ball

hair journney:lost my scraf: my hair is drying because of the cotton scarfs i m putting on my hair

fitness: rest day i wanna work out so bad but my body needs a rest. dear body you need this rest i will give it to you and mind dont worry we will ge  to it to morrow and to my heart thanks for being there to balance me. going to download songs to my phone and get some new headphones, to save me some money

motherhood: a bout to go brush joshua teeth hard, all that candy he at at harvest party. josh needs a jacket

hair journey: need to get hair braided and new wig or braids havent decided yet and bonnet for hair something that will stay on head at night:
