first morning workout













how bad  do i want itl?

  1. this morning i  ran -walk for 20 min, it felt longer but im glad i did something!!
  2.  just drunkmyprotein shake with fruit for breakfest one meal done four more to go
  3.  im feeeling good energized, yes this the wayit supposed to be
Goals
get into school(wednesy)
read bible spend more time with God
