watch me transform....!!

just got back from my run and walk with  3 intervals of leg lift and squats afterwards , drunk my protein shake, im doing good, highly proud of my self/jesus not doing it alone!

 i dont have the funds tojoin a sports team or buy a bike or even a dance team, so that hobbie been put on hold

 i havent eve ever ever put up pics of what my body look like, im given the confidence that i can do this to the lord jesus christ my deadline to lose all my wait and gain muscel is MARCH end of march 20 down WE can do this!
ICAN DO ALL THINGS to christ that strenthens me! HAD to motivate my self befor i put pics up!

 okay here they are(steping out of my comfort zone)

    You can do this! You seemed strong minded and I felt the same way posting mines but you over came it! GO GIRL! Now can you tell me what kind of protein you us in your shake im soo lost about that ugh..

    proetin gain muscle it awesome to have, i use gourmet elite, because it dosent test nasty and eventual make me sick, you can go to gnc and ask the clerk or tiyona but tryto get sample so
    f product to try befor you buy so that you dont get sick or not like etc
