DAY1/Goals

Day 1 of  30 day work out. tiyona ab work out an booty  workout. im musty and sweaty thats how i know i got a good work out in.

I could only do one set  of each this morning. but i can feel my muscle tentions. yes!

i can totally see i will get stronger keeping up with  these work outs.

the results of her but workout is amazing, will put my before and after results up at the end of the thirty days!

 will be starting a health challenges on on NOV. 15 with body vi

GOALS of day
teach josh letters
eat 6 meals a day
study case for christ video

GOALS OF WEEK do by 9th
register for school
call car dealerships
study for interview
