 fitness: lost 2.5 inches of my thighs an 1.5 off stomach im so happy. me and God work a great team together. together we are unstoppable.
 good thing i did was eat more than one meal a day , thing that I can change is eat more 5-6 meals a day
starting a fitness challenge nov 15! investing self instead of material things.
taking multivitamin evry day
DAY 3 tiyona booty and small waist workout
Motherhood: Josh knows the letter A!! and his seeing mommy i'snt going to give him evrything he wants, the results of this will be an well behaved child
Hair journey: havent been using scarf :fall off at night, but  have been takin vitamins evry day!
